FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SANDOWN, N.H. – Merrimack Valley Roofing and Gutters LLC is encouraging owners of homes built or reroofed in the early 2000s to schedule roof inspections.

Many asphalt roofs reach an important inspection point after two decades of New England weather. Homes may show dark shingles, worn pipe boots, failed flashing, granule loss, or early leak signs.

“A lot of roofs from that era are now old enough to deserve a serious look,” said Barry James. “Some will need repair, some can wait, and some should be planned for replacement.”

Merrimack Valley Roofing serves homeowners in the Merrimack Valley, northeastern Massachusetts, and southern New Hampshire.
